How can we work together?
Every organisation has different goals. Some want to inspire young people into their industry. Some need to deliver social value as part of a public sector contract. Deliver Social Value
We work with a number of organisations to deliver programmes and activities that are mapped directly to the PPN002 Social Value Model (mandatory for in-scope public sector contracts from 1 October 2025). We've create a framework to help companies quickly identify which framework outcomes TECwomen can deliver as a social value partner and at what cost per output. We are also happy to support any funding applications or tenders.
Build A Future Workforce
Our TECgirls Pathways are designed to build the workforce of tomorrow, starting in today's primary schools. Working with industry, employers and government, we create pathways that inspire girls from rural and coastal communities to explore careers in engineering, AI, manufacturing, aviation, geo resources, green energy and more.
