The TECwomen team runs a wide range of events across Cornwall, all aimed at inspiring and supporting women and girls in the technology, engineering and creative digital (TEC) sectors. Across our two programmes, TECgirls and UPLIFT, we host events, workshops, courses, and networking opportunities designed to engage, inspire, and empower.
Inspiring Future Innovators Through TECgirls
Through TECgirls we run a range of events, workshops and school outreach programmes designed to inspire the next generation of innovators. Through hands-on activities and engaging experiences, TECgirls encourages girls to explore Technology, Engineering and Creativity and see these fields as exciting possibilities for their futures.
Growing Skills and Networks with UPLIFT
UPLIFT is TECwomen’s flagship adult programme for women and people of underrepresented genders in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly who want to upskill, build confidence and grow their digital careers. Our UPLIFT courses provide training, mentoring and networking opportunities to support participants into tech roles or further development pathways.
