About the event
Have you ever felt like you’re not as capable as people around you say you are?
Our guess is that you are a high-achieving and high-performing woman, with all the experience and accolades you could need, yet you still feel like you don’t quite belong, and attribute your success to luck.
If you resonate with any of the above, you are not alone. What you are experiencing is imposter syndrome.
Over 85% of us report experiencing Imposter Syndrome at some point in our work lives, with toxic knock-on effects to our mental health and our personal potential. Learning to tame that voice will fundamentally change how you feel and behave, opening limitless possibilities.
This imposter syndrome workshop, created and delivered by multi award-winning confidence specialists The Academe, the Silence your Inner Critic workshop will help you to make sense of your thoughts and teach you practical skills to turn that critical dial down and put your confidence dial on FULL VOLUME!
What does the workshop involve?
- 2 hour workshop, delivered by confidence specialists and psychologists.
- Interactive discussions on how to improve confidence and increase creativity and innovation.
- Digital takeaways for you to implement following the session.
What can I expect to gain from this?
You will leave this workshop knowing how your mindset affects how you show up to situations, and with a personal toolbox for problem solving, regulating yourself and dealing with challenging situations. After completing this workshop, you will have the tools and knowledge to face challenges with newly found confidence and innovation.
“My biggest takeaway was to have almost a plan to put in place when I start to question myself or feel low...it is a lovely space to connect with yourself and with other people who have similar thoughts.”
